Salty police detective, Sam Acosta (Carlos Penvega) escaped from New York to quiet Willow Haven to escape a case that tortures his soul.

Ingredients:
- .5 oz lime Juice
- .5 oz Simple syrup
- 1 oz Gin
- 3 oz champagne
How to Make it:
- Mix all the ingredients except the Champagne into a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake well and strain into a Champagne flute.
- Top with the Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
