Aurora Teagarden: Something New Overview
We hopped in the time machine and went back to 2008 when it all began for our favorite librarian sleuther. Rather than deciding to recast Aurora or worse, cancel the popular Aurora Teagarden Mysteries series, Hallmark made the bold decision to create a prequel.
In this fun mystery, we are transported back to Aurora (Skyler Samuels) as a grad student poised to solve her first case. Arthur is new on the police squad and played perfectly by Evan Roderick.
In this mystery we have a dead body, a missing fiancee/suspect (Madison Smith), and a young Sally in love.

The Killer Thesis

Ingredients:
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 cup sugar
1 lemon wedge
1 1/2 ounces spiced rum (We recommend Captain Morgan’s)
3/4 ounce orange curaçao
1 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 ounce simple syrup
Garnish: orange spiral
How to Make a Killer Thesis:
Rub the rim of a chilled martini glass with the lemon wedge and dip the rim in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat.
Add the spiced rum, orange curaçao, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into the glass rimmed with cinnamon and sugar.
Garnish with an orange spiral.
